By law, mining leases cannot be issued in these areas under the Fifth Schedule, but these are generally violated. The entire administration related to peace and security is not accountable to the Gram Sabha, the powers of the state are not in accordance with the provisions of the 5th schedule, ignoring the Gram Sabha administration and imposing general administration, depriving them of tribal funds, inactive tribal advisory councils.The situation, not amending the State Panchayati Acts according to PESA, the ruling class not working according to the basic spirit of the PESA law, etc., are making their situation more and the Naxalism is main problem in our country they are always Internal Security threads.
