The BOAO Asia Forum (BFA) is a non governmental and non-commercial international organization, it has been established on the lines of the World Economic Forum in Switzerland. which was joint any initiated by 26 member starting in 2001 and then now the member have increased to 29.
India is also a member of BOAO Asia forum (BAF).
It was established in the year 2001. It is also called 'Davos of Asia'.The organization has been providing intellectual support to advance economic cooperation in the Asian region and achieve regional sustainable economic development. Recently, former United Nations Secretary-General Ban-Ki-moon has been made the new president of the Boao Asia Forum.
