Arguments Against Globalization
The following arguments can be presented against globalization:
1.Interest of developed countries - Those who oppose globalization argue that the spirit of globalization is propagated by developed countries for their selfishness. Developed countries will not allow underdeveloped and developing countries to flourish in the condition of globalization.
2. Unequal Income – National income and per capita income are different for all countries. If The concept of globalization is realized that how different nations will be able to take the form of one nation while living with unequal income.
3. Decline in investment – As a result of globalization there has been a decline in capital investment.
4. Decline in production – due to globalization in the productivity of developing countries Not only has there been a decline, along with this developed countries also cannot keep their productivity stable.Get it The Gross Domestic Product (G.D.P.) of all the countries has come down.
5. Financial Crisis- Financial crisis is seen increasing globally. The spirit of competition suffered due to globalization. Therefore, due to the slowdown in business, the financial crisis is increasing.
6. Democratic sentiments are getting hurt due to anti-democracy-globalization.Due to mutual tension between capitalism and labor, imbalance arises in harmony. Capitalist powers keep on imposing restrictions and restrictions on workers in many ways to fulfill their interests.
7. Pressure of Capitalists on Government – Capitalist Powers on Government and Power Parties Establishes her dominance through money.
8. Responsive Tendency of Multinational Companies- Through globalization, the arrival of multinational companies from one nation to another became easy, but the discipline in a national company and the respect for the laws and rules of its nation becomes multinational. Not found in companies.
9. Lack of fairness in international economic agreements - be it the World Trade Organization or other international organizations or agreements, the dominance of some important nations and companies is established in everything. The interests of other nations begin to suffer. Dominant countries focus only on their own interests.
10. Economic loss of third world- Neutral countries of the world, which are known as third world, have to suffer economic loss due to globalization. Powerful countries take decisions in their favor and continue to serve their interests at the expense of third world countries.
Globalization can be made a success only when all the countries of the world together make an action plan keeping in mind the interests of each other, the synonym of globalization is Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, which means, Earth is family. Earth means the whole world. If the whole world is considered as one family and the citizens of the world are considered as members of their family, then globalization will never fail. According to this spirit, 15 countries of Europe have formed an economic union called the European Union, which consists of 15 European countries. Economic uniformity, mutual coordination of all 15 countries in commercial, production, sales is a sign of economic progress. If other countries of the world also follow those European countries and establish mutual coordination, then surely all the countries will be benefited.
