The rule of law is helpful in conducting logical, just, just and objective administration. It reduces in auspicious things like red collorism, nepotism, indiscipline. Conflict Of Interest:-
Conflict of interest at various levels of the administrator possible personal vs professional Moral values versus making money political bias vs objectivity Family Responsibility vs. Administrative Accountability Therefore, by choosing the necessary interests for the correct governance in both of these, the administrator can become founding element of good governance.Example- To decide by rising above your religion in riot control.
Principles Of Natural Justice:-
Natural justice means treating every person and thing equitable. Since nature has made everyone free and the covers like caste, religion, gender, region and language are man made.In such a diverse society like India, the administrator should follow the principle of natural justice.Example- granting entry to women in the temple; To establish the principle natural justice.
