Cassini Jane's mission
Cassini Journey
Cassini Jane's mission, commonly referred to as Cassini; NASA was a collaboration undertaking between the European Space Agency (European Space Agency: ESA) and the Italian Space Agency (Italian Space Agency: ASI).
• In this mission, a probe was sent to study the planet Saturn and its circle as well as its rings and natural satellites. It had recently collided with Saturn and collapsed after nearly 20 years of its journey.
• But the information it sent in those years has given us a developed understanding of space in general and Saturn in particular.
Saturn is a completely gaseous body composed mainly of helium. Therefore its surface is not like solid ground.
• There is nothing more solid than the beautiful of Saturn; These are made of ice, dust and rock.Their size can range from a tall building to a particle of a train.
• A Saturn year is about 30 Earth years equals. (Thus Cassini remained near Saturn for nearly half the Saturn year in the oceans located on the sub surface to Encelets).
Saturn is twice as hot as the Sun emits.
Earlier it was believed that saturn's rings formed later than the planet. However, information gathered by Cassini indicates that these rings had been in existence since the time the planet was born.
Cassini Jane's Records About Saturn's Moon
In this mission, two new moons of Saturn- Methone and Pallene were discovered.
To date, 60 Saturn moons have been discovered, ranging in size from a small football field to the size of the planet Mercury.
In Enceladus such jets of water have been found, from inside which water comes to the surface. These jets were found to contain water, heat, and methane—all of which indicate a high probability for life forms to exist.
It is theorized that they are similar to hydrothermal vents (hydrothermal vents) found near our ocean floor that allow life to exist.rich sources of Another natural satellite of Saturn,Hyperion, is the only known satellite other than Earth's Moon to have a statically charged surface.Sinus collected direct samples from Saturn's largest moon Titan.
It is the only celestial body other than Earth. Where liquids are found on the surface.
Although Titan is outside the habitable zone of organisms inthe Solar System, the water stored in this icy world is available in the essential conjugate liquid form of methane and ethane.Icy jets of water, dust and methane exist in Saturn's rings. These arise from hydro thermalvents and emerge from holes or crevices in the surface. These cracks are named'tiger stripes' or 'tiger stripes'.
A lot of data has been collected by this mission and more and more data is still being obtained from these moons, which have the existence of the source chemicals necessary for life.
