National Security Doctrine 

In the wake of attacks on military camps in India, experts have stressed the need for a national security doctrine in India  'National Security Doctrine' is a document that guides the government on strategic and implementation matters for national security This doctrine mentions a number of situations in which the strategies and tactics are to be operated in accordance with the national security principle.Why necessary ?
